All people need spaces that welcome them, where they can find places to concentrate on an activity and that offer enough opportunities for interaction and communication.
In an ideal world, the space program for schoolchildren would be diverse and richly equipped with exciting materials and appropriate functional rooms. There would be plenty of space for different forms of teaching and individual workstations with different ergonomic options.
In reality, however, both money and square footage are often in short supply, the decision-making scope of those involved is limited, and a balancing act must constantly be performed between teaching units and attractive afternoon care.
In this webinar, we would like to present various possibilities for rethinking the design of a classroom and highlight educational functional areas such as movement, building, studio, and workshop rooms, which contribute to schoolchildren's creative and self-effective experiences both inside and outside the classroom.
Duration: approx. 60 min. plus time for questions and discussion.
Participation in the webinar is free of charge. Your registration does not entail any obligations.
