Spaces that provide comfort and spark curiosity.

Daycare rooms and their design make an important contribution to a child's development. This makes educational architecture and pedagogically meaningful room design exciting and important topics for the further development of quality in daycare.

Especially in the first three years of life, experiences are made using the whole body. The need to move forward, to feel oneself and to perceive the environment is enormous. Regardless of whether they are crawling, climbing, standing up, walking, sliding, or climbing, toddlers need a space that allows them to train their skills through constant repetition.

This requires both sufficient space and protected areas. Aids and challenges such as handles, railings, stairs, an inclined plane, and platforms challenge and encourage these steps.

It is important to us to create this variety of opportunities for movement in order to support children in their motor development. With an interdisciplinary approach combining the fields of education, interior design, design, acoustics, and carpentry, we create movement landscapes that are challenging and comply with the specifications of DIN EN 1176 and the requirements of accident insurance companies.

Well-thought-out interior design is more than just decoration. It creates the basis for child development and supports educational professionals in their daily work.

Preparing self-confident, courageous, and at the same time sensitive children for life can be a wonderful challenge. We show them how to playfully engage with experiential spaces and expand their own boundaries. In an open environment, they get to know themselves and others by expanding their skills and finding individual paths into their own world.
