- Why does Kameleon Raumkonzepte require a down payment?
As a rule, we agree on a discount of 30% of the order value for our construction services when the order is placed. This discount serves to secure liquidity, as almost all project costs (e.g., for materials, machinery, wages, energy) must be pre-financed until final assembly at the customer's site (= invoicing).
- Does Kameleon Raumkonzepte also offer installment payments or leasing?
Yes, you can conveniently finance your purchase through installment payments or leasing. Our partner is MMV Leasing.
- What are the requirements/conditions for receiving a discount or rebate?
Discount and cash discount agreements are made individually and are usually linked to other contractual conditions, such as the amount of the down payment or a flexible delivery date.

- When do colors and materials for floor coverings and acrylic glass windows need to be finalized?
Colors and materials must be specified at the latest when placing the order, as the order then goes into production. Subsequent changes are then no longer possible without incurring additional costs.
- Which countries does Kameleon deliver to?
Currently, these are Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland, and Hong Kong/China. For shop orders, delivery is only possible within Germany. In this case, please contact our head office at +49 9229 32896 0 or info@kameleon.de.
- Why can't most platforms be ordered from the Kameleon Shop?
All larger platforms must be delivered and assembled by us, otherwise we cannot guarantee safe and proper installation. However, we cannot display the actual costs of transport and installation in the shop without knowing the specific installation situation (necessary adjustments, etc.), which the Distance Selling Act requires the shop operator to do. For this reason, the platforms can be found in the Platforms and Installation Solutions section, and you have the option of requesting a binding quote from us by email using the wish list.
- I am looking for platforms for nursery (under 3s) and elementary school (over 3s) – how do I find the right ones?
