Manufacture and installation

Kameleon platforms are manufactured in accordance with the strict specifications of the German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV Rule 102-602) and DIN EN 1176/1177 standards and are individually adapted to the respective installation situation. A standard TÜV or GS test is therefore not possible in advance. However, we recommend testing and approval by TÜV after installation to ensure maximum safety.

For self-assembly, we have mini platforms available in our shop. All other platforms must be delivered and assembled by us.

This means that we purchase wood from forests that are managed in an ecologically, economically, and socially sustainable manner and can trace the flow of wood material throughout the entire processing chain. We are also committed to implementing the PEFC social standards in our company.

Delays on construction sites are annoying for everyone involved, but often unavoidable. Our production department plans with a fixed delivery date, which we adhere to. If a postponement is announced before production starts, we can usually agree on a new delivery date at no additional cost. However, this will then depend on production capabilities. If production has already started, the order will be completed and stored at the customer's expense. Depending on the storage space and duration required, additional costs may be incurred.

We use PEFC-certified wood from sustainable forestry and natural products—such as carpets made from sheep's wool and goat hair.

We manufacture exclusively in Germany and have two carpentry/joinery workshops with a total of around 50 employees.
One is located in northern Germany (Buchholz in der Nordheide), the other in southern Germany (Mainleus, near Kulmbach).

As soon as Kameleon Raumkonzepte receives an order, our production planning department can provide an estimated delivery date. Depending on the order volume and workshop capacity, we require between 6 weeks and 3 months from order placement for manufacturing, delivery, and installation.
