With regular maintenance and care, a platform can last a lifetime. Since it is handcrafted and made to the highest carpentry standards, all components can be repaired, exchanged, or replaced. For annual maintenance of the platforms and fixtures, you can sign a maintenance contract with Kameleon Raumkonzepte.

Kameleon webinars are live webinars. For data protection reasons, they are not recorded. However, we offer all free webinars on an almost monthly basis, so you can simply re-register for a webinar taking place at a later date.

There is no guarantee for Kameleon platforms, but rather the statutory warranty. The warranty period is one year from the transfer of risk of the goods or acceptance. The reduction of the warranty obligation to one year does not apply to claims by the customer for which liability is not limited. However, if the goods are a structure or an item that has been used for a structure in accordance with its normal use and whose defectiveness has caused damage (building material), the limitation period shall be 5 years from delivery in accordance with the statutory provision (§ 438 (1) No. 2 BGB). Other special statutory provisions on the statute of limitations (in particular § 438 (1) No. 1, (3), §§ 444, 445 b BGB) remain unaffected.

We are so confident in the quality and durability of our fixtures that we offer a lifetime warranty on all of them. The only requirement is that we perform annual maintenance. This extends the warranty by another year. Excluded from the extended warranty are typical, natural, or normal wear and tear, damage caused by sharp, hot, pointed, or damp objects, swelling damage caused by standing moisture, damage caused by chemicals, intentional or negligent damage or destruction, or improper handling, for example, using unsuitable cleaning agents.
